An Effective Resistance Tool

That’s the Magic Circle. It sculpts, strengthens, stabilizes, tones and challenges. What more could you ask for when working out? You can work the muscles of the arms, (shown here) and legs, abdominals, even the delicate neck muscles with it. When you squeeze the Magic Circle, it should become an oval. When it does, you know that you have maximized strengthening tension. Add abdominal engagement, a lace-up ribcage and an upper inner thigh wrap and squeeze, and you’ve created a sold, stabilized, strong body placement. You have also arranged your inner architecture, so that you move your limbs efficiently and with control. That’s when the magic happens!
