Using Barre, Bands, Bodyweight & Balls

This is my newest training modality designed to sculpt muscles, build strength and shed fat. It’s infused with the abdominal bracing of Pilates, the pacing of HIIT and circuit work.

These 45 minute privates are challenging, high intensity and require commitment and focus to achieve results. You can mix and match modalities, create custom packages, combine in studio + virtual classes or just take the virtual mat classes. Classes are by Appointment Only. Sign up here.

Temperature checks upon entry to the studio, a face coverings must be worn, physical distancing adhered to, no bare feet. Air filters have been installed and social distance signage is displayed to guide you. Soap, water and hand sanitizers are plentiful. You must sign an online COVID19 waiver.
